Recruiting Help!

How to Build Your Skill Video to Stand Out for College and Get Recruited!
Middle Blocker Addition
The Middle Blocker version is all 30 second max increments. Coaches want to see an honest video with multiple reps in a row. Anyone can make a highlight video of themselves with all of their best clips.

Follow this simple process to get recruited! There are lots of great services to edit videos, we mainly use Adobe Spark to create these.

Outside Hitter and Rightside Hitter Addition (Pin Hitters)
Follow this template to make an awesome volleyball skills video! The Outside hitter and Rightside hitter version focuses on all aspects of the game since many colleges recruit potential 6 rotation pin hitters.

This simple process shows college coaches what they need to see for you to get recruited! There are lots of great services to edit videos, we mainly use Adobe Spark to create these.
Setter Addition
The setter addition is longest and most in-depth video of them all. In volleyball the setter is like "the quarterback" of the team, so their job is very important.

The setter is probably the easiest position to be "undersized" and still get recruited to make it big based on your volleyball IQ and ability to read the game.

Show off your technique and style to put your personal touch on your video!
Libero Addition
The libero is probably the hardest position to get recruited for  because anyone can play that position regardless of height.

Be loud and vocal to stand out in your video and be sure to really get after it!

Skill Video Notes:
-
Show their strengths, if they are not good at something do not put it in the video
- It’s ok to show some errors or not perfect balls
- Try to get as many in a sequence in a row
- Coaches want to see an honest video, multiple reps in a row is more natural
